Spanish Dog
This series of linocuts were produced during 2014. Based on my emotional disengagement from my dog when leaving to travel to Spain and the amazing inspiration I had on returning home from Spain, enabled me to develop a theme relating to the "dog as tourist". Using Spanish symbols and iconography to weave a narrative, and colour to evoke my emotional response, I thoroughly enjoyed producing this series.
